MLCP (Multilayer Composite Pipes) are a high-performance, flexible piping solution made from multiple layers of materials. Typically, these pipes consist of an inner layer of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX), a middle layer of aluminum, and an outer layer of PEX or other thermoplastics. The aluminum layer acts as a barrier that prevents oxygen diffusion, which helps protect the system from corrosion and other degradation over time.

MLCP pipes are highly flexible, allowing easy bending and routing around corners without the need for additional fittings, making installation faster and more cost-effective

Temperature and Pressure Resistance

MLCP pipes are designed to withstand both hot and cold water, with temperature resistance up to 95°C (203°F) and high-pressure ratings, which makes them suitable for a variety of domestic and industrial applications.

Oxygen Barrier

The aluminum layer in MLCP pipes prevents oxygen from permeating the pipe, which is especially beneficial in heating systems, as it reduces the risk of corrosion and extends the life of the system.

Long Lasting
