By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with Sintex Services Private Limited, an authorized online retailer/distributor for selling Sintex Products in India.

Your invoice and associated narration on other related documents such as credit card or debit card statements will reflect Sintex Industries as the merchant name. In the case of third party statements including bank and credit card statements, the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format.

To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative. After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section.

In this section, you will be asked for an address and other contact information as well as will be asked to complete your payment related formalities with your selected bank.

Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or Credit Card Company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability to the address provided by you while placing the order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The following modes of payments are available

However, this mode of payment (Cash on Delivery) has a convenience charge associated with it. As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) on the banks payment gateway so chosen by you, when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code that usually appears on the front of the card

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So it is completely safe to conduct these transactions.

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?

When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive an OTP on your registered Mobile Number which needs to be confirmed to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. X levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?

Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. X, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net banking or Credit card.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?

If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card or Wallet. In case you don't have a Net Banking or Debit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Sintex. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

f your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on [email protected] or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from (Sintex) but I have never shopped with (Sintex). What do I do?

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on sintex.com, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

Why isn't COD available to me?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Paytm Wallet or Credit/Debit Card.

We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience.

Sintex shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential loss or claims, damages that you may suffer due to the purchase of products from this website. If any proven direct losses are suffered by you, Sintex shall indemnify you, subject to the maximum limit of the amount paid by you for the purchase of the respective products from this website.

The sale and purchase of products on this website i.e. the commercial transaction is amongst Sintex and you i.e. the customer and Sintex has no role in the said commercial transaction, whatsoever, therefore Sintex shall not be liable for any kind of loss, claim, damages including any type of indirect loss, damages, claims, consequential losses, whatsoever to anyone including the customer

Further, Sintex is only liable for its warranty obligations of the products as per terms and conditions of warranty mentioned on the website of Sintex i.e. www.sintex.com, provided such products are imported and marketed by Sintex.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AN GOVERNING LAW

In the event of any dispute, difference or claim arising out of these terms and conditions the same shall be settled in accordance with the Laws of India through a regular judicial process and the courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
