Dear Sir,
Please refer to the Terms of Engagement for your appointment as a Distributor to provide the Distributorship Services to M/s Sintex BAPL Limited (Formerly known as M/s Sintex Industries Limited- Plastic Division and hereinafter shall be referred to as the “Company”), as specified in your terms of engagement with us.
We are pleased to inform you that based on your assurance to provide the best distributorship services, the term of your engagement with us as a Distributor is hereby extended on the same terms and conditions as specified and agreed, except as amended hereunder;
That the term of your engagement with us is hereby deemed to be extended for a further period of One (1) year commencing from today and shall continue in full force and effect unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the terms of engagement. That the terms and conditions stand automatically renewed for a further term of One (1) year each.
That the Scope of your Responsibilities is hereby amended and extended by the addition of the below divulged line items in your Scope;
That you (distributor) shall be getting the details of the Orders placed by the Customers through the Portal on your registered mailing address, along with the relevant customer details and the Delivery Challan. That on the receipt of the order details from the Company you shall be responsible to deliver to the customer the specific products of merchantable quality and as per the specifications mentioned in the Order, along with a proper invoice as per the prescribed government norms, within such time lag as may be informed to you by the Company. That without prejudice to any rights of the Company whether in law or equity, the Company shall for all reasons be authorized to deduct and hold back all your payables on account of any loss incurred by the Company due to any of your acts or omissions. That the Company may also from time to time require you to adhere to the specific instructions given to you by the Company. That the payment for the above said supplies to the customers shall be released to you on the monthly basis after deducting 5% charges+ Any other applicable taxes (Sintexonline portal Fees, Courier Fees, Payment Collection Fees and any other applicable Fees). You will co-operate to present required document to fulfill accounting process. You will upload your Tax invoice to customer and proof of delivery in the sintexonline.com portal to process your payments against your transactions on sintexonline.com. That you shall work in strict adherence to all the guidelines circulated by the Company from time to time.
