Sintex bulk prices are direct with a very small markup. The already low prices on our bulk orders mean that these items are exempt from coupons, sales, free gifts, rewards, rebates and promotions.

Price Changes

Sintex has the right to change product costs without notice.

Bulk Orders’ Shipping

Bulk orders will need to be shipped with a freight carrier. Freight will be quoted and arranged by Sintex with a carrier of our choice once the order is placed unless otherwise specified by the customer. Confirmation for approval of the freight rate will be sent to the customer. The customer is responsible for informing us if there is no loading dock their chosen delivery location and if a lift gate is required. Locations without loading docks, requiring lift gates will incur a lift gate fee applied to the order.

If the customer chooses to use their own courier, notice must be given at least 24 business hours in advance so that we can inform our warehouse staff. If proper notice is not given prior to pick-up, the freight carrier will be turned away, and any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Residential orders will have a residential surcharge as well as the lift gate fee applied to the order.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before we can process your order.

BY DOING BUSINESS WITH US, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING US TO CHARGE HANDLING FEES TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT ORDER.

Lead Times

To keep prices as low as possible, Sintex’s bulk items may not be in stock at our warehouse. All bulk sizes are considered special orders and have an advertised lead time for delivery. Lead times do vary and can change with little notice throughout the year (based manufacturing schedules.)

Sintex Bulk Order Cancellation Policy

Sintex bulk sizes are considered special orders with the manufacturer. Therefore, all cancelled bulk orders will incur a cancellation fee, no exceptions.

Returns

Sintex does not provide or process refunds or returns on bulk ordered items.
